• A drink bottle; it’s important to remain hydrated before, during and after your session. Water will be available if you need to refill.

• Two towels; one for sitting, one for drying off. We have towels available if needed.

• Appropriate swimwear.

Free parking is available right next to our sauna.

Modifications or cancellations can be made through your original booking confirmation email up to 12 hours before your scheduled session. For changes within this period, please contact us via email to discuss available options. Refunds are dependent on whether we can find another booking, if we are unable to fill the session, a fee of 50% of the session price will apply.

Yes, we have a dedicated area next to the sauna where you can store your belongings. This space includes a drink bottle refill station and a change room.
